Mr BURGESS (Hastings) -- I would like to congratulate Balnarring Primary School on being one of the first schools in Victoria to receive the prestigious, 5-star sustainability certification through the Resource Smart Schools program. This is an outstanding achievement. It is the culmination of hard work and commitment over a long period to reduce the school's ecological footprint. Balnarring Primary School is a true leader in our community and has always taken the initiative to educate the students and school community about looking after our environment.
