Somers: shared pathway

I have spoken in this place before about the Somers Residents Association's plan to complete the shared pathway in Somers and the significant benefits that would flow to the community from this project. I have written to the minister outlining the level of support required. Today I again urge the state government to provide the financial assistance required to enable the Somers community to accomplish this very worthwhile goal. Completion of the shared pathway will contribute in a very real way to the health and vitality of the Somers community, and I ask that the minister immediately and seriously consider providing the required support.
