Business Awards Night recognises best of the best

The 2017 Telstra Victorian Business Awards will be held on Friday 28 July and there is good news for a local Somerville business who is nominated for the Micro-Business of the Year Award.

Rad Bookkeeping and Business Solutions in Somerville and its owner Debbie Demooy has been nominated in this year’s awards and boasts services ranging from payroll assistance, BAS preparations to software installation.

With a loyal and dedicated customer clientele, it is no wonder owner Debbie has been recognised for this prestigious award.

Local Member for Hastings, Neale Burgess is proud to be speaking at this year’s awards and will be able to recognise all of this year’s awards recipients and nominees.

It’s not only Somerville that will be in this year’s spotlight, but Frankston too, with Kontrol4 being nominated for Small Business of the Year Award.  Sales Marketing Director Jonathan Patchell will be there representing this innovative company on the night.

Winners of each award will be flown to Sydney to compete in the National Telstra Business Awards in August.

“This shows that our community has some of the best and brightest minds in business, I am so privileged to be able to support them and encourage them as not only their local MP, but also as Shadow Minister for Small Business”.

“I’m looking forward to congratulating all businesses who have been nominated.  The talent is incredible and it’ll be hard for the judges to pick a winner”.
