State Member for Hastings, Neale Burgess has urged local subcontractors to tender for works as part of the Federal Governments landmark $436 million revamp of HMAS Cerberus.
The Naval training base will be overhauled and the contract opportunities for local businesses, both small and medium sized are huge!
Lendlease are expected to be formally engaged by the Commonwealth for the project in early 2018 and the construction works to upgrade and refurbish existing infrastructure and facilities will then begin.
Invitation to Register (ITR) from suitably qualified subcontractors is now open and a Industry Briefing session on how to register interest for trade packages will be held on Wednesday, 13 December at 6pm at the Hastings Community Hub, 1973 Frankston-Flinders Road Hastings.
